Daniel Cabena

I am a member of Alexander Technique International and a graduate of Susan Sinclair’s teacher-training program in Toronto. Under Susan’s direction I learned, along with a wonderful group of fellow-trainees, to teach the Alexander Technique in a lineage very much inspired by the work of Marjory Barstow.

I offer Alexander Technique lessons & group classes in Guelph (in my home studio and at 10C Shared Space) and in Waterloo at the Laurier Academy of Music & Arts (LAMA).

Paul Genyk-Berezowsky

A professional musician and certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, Paul Genyk-Berezowsky teaches other musicians and people of all walks of life how to find greater ease and coordination in their movement and the activities of their lives.

Paul has led workshops on the Alexander Technique for organizations including the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir, Amadeus Choir, University of Toronto, and Wilfred Laurier University. Paul completed the 1200-hour Alexander Technique Teacher Training with Susan Sinclair in Toronto, Ontario.

Students often remark that Paul has a kind and compassionate approach to teaching – Paul believes in fostering a quality of awareness that is kind towards ourselves in order to make positive, lasting changes in how we think, move, and allow ourselves to be in the world.
